A 30% advance payment is required before any project is started. The remaining balance must be paid according to the agreed project terms. All advance payments are non-refundable.

Project timelines begin only after we receive the required payment, content, credentials, and other necessary materials from the client. Delivery schedules may vary depending on project complexity.

5. Revisions

Every project includes up to two free revisions. Any additional revisions or changes beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, logos, account access, and any other materials required to complete the project on time.

7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of the final approved work will be transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed. We reserve the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio and marketing materials.

8. Privacy & AI Usage

We may use trusted AI tools to improve productivity and service quality. Any information shared by clients will be handled responsibly and will not be disclosed or misused. We are committed to protecting your privacy throughout the project.

9. Cancellation & Refund Policy

Clients may request to cancel a project; however, the advance payment is non-refundable. If work has already begun, additional charges may apply based on the completed work.

10. Limitation of Liability

While we strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing solutions, we cannot guarantee specific rankings, sales, traffic, or business outcomes, as these depend on various external factors beyond our control.
